Senior ML Systems Engineer (London)

We are looking for a Senior ML Systems Engineer with 5+ years of experience to build and optimize the infrastructure that enables our scientists to train, evaluate, and deploy cutting-edge AI models at scale. You will join a small, senior-leaning team working on large-scale multimodal datasets and high-performance compute, owning the full stack from data ingestion to production inference. We are seeking a product-minded engineer who thrives on solving complex problems with a high degree of autonomy and is excited to get closer to PhD-level AI research in the film industry.

What will you be doing?

• Build and evolve a data platform for curating large multimodal datasets (video, embeddings, metadata).
• Improve and scale ML training infrastructure and data loading pipelines using PyTorch and Ray.
• Develop systems and tools for dataset inspection, model evaluation, and A/B experimentation.
• Design and maintain infrastructure for model versioning, lifecycle management, and promotion to production.
• Own and optimize production inference pipelines, including parallelizing models across GPU infrastructure to maximize performance.
