Examples of things you’ll work on: Partner with GTM leadership, Finance, and Product to design and execute strategies that accelerate growth Help develop KPI frameworks and perform data analysis to inform revenue decisions, forecast our revenue, and identify performance trends Create leverage for our GTM teams through implementation/optimization of processes, territories, ROE, CPQ, etc. Build compensation programs that align incentives to Builder’s priorities Experiment and build programs to increase deal velocity and ASPs You will thrive in this role if you have… Curiosity and an affinity for execution 6+ years of experience in Sales / Revenue Operations, or a related GTM planning function. Deep understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market models, sales territories, and segmentation strategies Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, and BI tools Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $185,000 USD . This role is also eligible for meaningful company equity and benefits.
