Senior Solutions Engineer (US) — Founding SE Role
We are looking for a Strategic Solutions Engineer with 5 to 10 years of pre-sales experience to join Sprinto as our founding US-based SE. This is a zero-to-one, high-impact role built for someone who has sold complex, multi-product platforms and can navigate enterprise deals with the depth, adaptability, and ownership of a true GTM builder.
Sprinto is a Series B GRC automation platform trusted by 3,000+ companies globally. We are not a single-use-case tool. We span compliance automation, TPRM, risk management, trust, AI-powered workflows, and more, and our SE needs to be able to identify the right product pitch on the fly based on what the customer actually needs. If you have only sold one product or one use case, this role will be a stretch.
