Who you are: Experience in talent sourcing, from in-house, agency or RPO models; with end-to-end experience Experience in recruiting across Product (Product Managers, Technical Partnerships, API Integrations) Innovative, and outside of the box thinker who is not afraid to express their opinion, present new ideas and are open to continuous feedback. The ability to pivot and adapt your ways of working to achieve the best outcome, in the quickest possible time! You have a proven track record of building pipelines for both ‘active’ and ‘passive’ candidates; building a rapport throughout and ultimately closing offers! You have a curious mindset and an interest in research; open to 360-degree feedback and looking to grow You feel comfortable in the start-up environment, with a Global footprint and a very diverse team. Data analysis and measurement: the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to measure the impact of the hiring initiatives Tools affinity, keeping our ATS updated, and data accurate.
