We are looking for an AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our highly visible 'Front Desk' product team. We are seeking a driven, product-minded individual with high ownership who is hungry to learn and solve complex, real-world problems. You will be instrumental in building and scaling the AI systems that power our conversation engine, working directly with our COO and Senior Director of Engineering to impact how local governments serve their communities.
