About the role
We are looking for a Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our small, collaborative team. We need a smart, high-trajectory individual who leans towards backend development and data transformation. You will play a crucial role in taking on significant work, learning our systems, and becoming a major contributor as we scale our platform 10x in the next year.
What will you be doing?
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python and Node.js.
- Architect efficient data flows, optimize complex queries, and design scalable schemas in PostgreSQL.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and integrations with healthcare data sources.
- Contribute to exciting new projects, such as moving our platform to an AI-powered SMS interface.
- Help increase platform engagement by enabling more specialty care options and improving doctor-to-doctor referrals.
