About the role

As a Software Engineer at Ciro, you will work closely with the founders and Ciro’s head of engineering to design and build products that sales teams use every day.

You will see all parts of the business, shaping Ciro’s culture from the earliest stages, and build core parts of our product and infrastructure.

You will:

  • Design, build, and own large user-facing areas of the product using modern frameworks and tooling (React, Node.js, GraphQL, Tailwind) and the latest models from OpenAI and Anthropic.
  • Develop large scale data pipelines using Elasticsearch and Spark.
  • Work closely with the founders, Ciro’s head of engineering, and customers to set product and technical direction for the company.

Sample projects you might work on:

  • Build an agent harness that can effectively browse a customer’s CRM and surface new opportunities.
  • Add a browser use tool to Ciro’s prospecting agent so that the agent can navigate forms and third-party websites.
  • Build automated index lifecycle management for Ciro’s Elasticsearch cluster.

Some of the skills we’re excited about:

  • 3+ years of experience building modern web applications in world-class, high-growth technology companies.
  • Extremely strong sense of agency, drive, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong product sense.
  • Plus: Experience building AI products.
