As companies move AI into production, the real question isn’t only which models work — it’s what measurable business impact those models produce. Larridin turns AI from a black box into an evidence system: we observe adoption, evaluate proficiency, and—critically—connect AI behavior to business outcomes so leaders can trust, govern, and invest in AI with confidence. We measure AI Impact across multiple, practical dimensions (speed, quality, absorption, and business outcome), triangulating telemetry, external system data (JIRA, CRM, etc.), and human signals so that AI investment maps to real value—not just usage. This lets enterprises spot where AI is creating value, where work is piling up waiting for human review (“absorption capacity”), and where workflows must be redesigned to scale impact. We’re not just building “AI features.” We’re building AI-native engineering teams that own outcomes. AI is the default lens for designing systems, shipping product, and scaling the business. If you treat AI like a checkbox, this role isn’t for you Who This Role Is Not For Engineers seeking narrowly scoped, low-ownership work. People who need fully baked specs to move forward Remote-only candidates (this role is in-office, Bay Area ) Those who prefer comfort over responsibility Who This Role Is For You’re right for this role if you: Default to AI-first thinking when solving problems Have high agency : you spot gaps and own the fix end-to-end Want to own major parts of the product and business , not just tickets Move fast, learn fast, and ship impact Have 3–10 years of experience (years matter less than judgment and output) What You’ll Do Design and ship AI-native systems end-to-end (not just plug APIs in) Build measurement primitives that quantify AI Impact in real workflows Instrument and correlate AI signals with external systems to prove outcomes Own architecture, product decisions, and production reliability for large components Work closely with product and customers to convert measurement into action (policy, governance, and workflow redesign) This role expects you to make product tradeoffs, own outcomes, and iterate rapidly. What We’re Looking For Strong software fundamentals and system thinking Comfort across the stack or the hunger to own it quickly Track record of shipping real products and driving measurable outcomes High energy, high standards, and low ego Clear thinking, strong opinions, and the ability to influence product direction AI intuition and curiosity—experience with ML/AI is a plus, but impact mindset matters most Why Larridin You’ll build the platform that defines whether AI delivers value in the enterprise You’ll own meaningful product and business outcomes—not peripheral features You’ll work with serious, fast-moving builders in the Bay Area office You’ll help create the independent standard for measuring AI Impact in companies, replacing guesswork with evidence.
