The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team plays a critical role in managing all aspects of employee data, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.

responsibilities will include: Partner with design and product management leaders to shape and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for
the team, while maintaining a balanced approach that considers both platform and product perspectives Lead initiatives such as architectural changes, improvements in the hiring process, enhancing engineering effectiveness, and managing post-mortem processes. Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer Experience building customer facing products You have seen systems operating at significant technical and organizational scale Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in building projects with good abstractions and architecture Comfortable at developing scalable and extendable core services used in many products
