We are seeking a proactive, high-agency individual who can drive the technical aspects of the sales cycle from start to finish. This person will be crucial in partnering with Account Executives to guide technical evaluations, build proof-of-concepts, and ultimately help us land and expand within the most innovative AI-native companies.

WorkOS’ mission is to help make every application become Enterprise Ready.
Every B2B SaaS app needs to build a similar feature set (with high levels of technical complexity) in order to sell to enterprise customers. These are typical must-have requirements that can be deal breakers. Often companies delay building them in order to focus on core product, and lose potential customers in the process.
This “Enterprise Chasm” separates small early-adopter users from large enterprise customers. Crossing this efficiently and quickly is key to winning product category across the entire market.
Most companies don’t think about building enterprises features until it’s too late. In order to bridge the gap sooner, WorkOS has set out to build “Stripe for enterprise features” to help teams successfully cross the Enterprise Chasm.
