Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 2-5 YOE to join our team as a founding recruiter. We are looking for a tactical, hands-on person who knows how to source high-caliber technical talent and wants to work in a fast-growing startup environment. This person will be crucial in helping us maintain our high technical bar as we scale our engineering, AI, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full, end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, with a primary focus on technical roles (AI/ML, engineering) and secondary support for GTM functions.
• Source exceptional, high-caliber candidates using a mix of direct outreach, AI-powered tools, and creative channels.
• Partner with hiring managers, including the CEO, to coordinate interviews and define role requirements and calibrate on candidate profiles.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies.
• Drive the process to ensure a great candidate experience and successfully close top talent.
