You help reinvent treasury. At Embat , we’re redefining how finance teams operate. Our AI-powered Treasury Management Platform gives companies real-time visibility over cash, liquidity, and debt — automating what CFOs and treasury teams have managed in spreadsheets for years. Founded in Spain in 2021, Embat has grown to 120+ people across Europe, is backed by Creandum (Spotify, Klarna) and other top-tier investors, and closed a €15M Series A in 2024 . We’re scaling our presence in the DACH region and are looking for a Treasury Success Specialist to ensure our German customers move from "onboarded" to "indispensable." You’ll join an already established DACH team with early customers and ARR, working alongside founders who spent over a decade in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. 🎯 Your Mission This isn’t a back-office treasury role, nor is it a "maintenance" job. It’s about Value Realisation . Once our Implementation team has completed the technical setup, you take the lead. You are the person moving German finance teams from "we have a new tool" to "we cannot run our business without Embat." As a Treasury Success Specialist, you’ll act as a trusted expert for finance teams already using Embat: helping them translate complex treasury challenges into clear, impactful automated workflows. You won’t just answer questions; you’ll help define how treasury is done better. ⚡ What You’ll Do Drive Strategic Adoption: Guide users through the post-implementation journey, ensuring they transition away from legacy Excel habits to fully leverage our AI-driven features. Consultative Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CFOs and Treasurers, acting as their primary strategic and technical point of contact. Account Governance: You are the ultimate owner of the customer experience. While our CX team resolves technical tickets, you manage the communication and overall resolution of production issues for your accounts. Customer Advocacy: Represent the DACH market internally—your insights into local German banking and finance workflows will directly influence our global product roadmap. Monitor Health & Retention: Proactively track customer health metrics. You don’t wait for a client to raise a concern; you identify friction points and resolve them early to prevent churn. Commercial Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion and ensure successful renewals by consistently demonstrating the ROI and commercial impact of the platform. Represent Embat: Engage with clients and attend industry events to build trust and visibility within the DACH treasury community. 🧩
