LeBron has an agent. Most engineers do not. We were founded on the belief that top tech talent deserves the same high-touch representation that sports and Hollywood agents give their clients. Legacy job boards and transactional recruiters were never built for that, so we are rebuilding hiring with autonomous agents that represent both sides and make an introduction only when the fit is real.
Talent stays free and fully anonymous until they accept an intro. Companies pay only when a hire is made. Our agents scout across public and off-market roles, hold the conversation over chat and voice, write the introduction to the decision maker, and help with negotiation. We focus on the startup ecosystem: founding engineers, early product hires and GTM leaders at pre-seed through Series B.
We are seven people. The problems are the interesting kind - matching, search, agentic and voice systems - not CRUD. We are hiring a Founding AI Product Engineer, a Founding Sales / Talent Scout and a Content Creator, all in San Francisco.
Our core team works out of San Francisco, and early roles come with long weeks and periodic travel to be with the team. We say this plainly up front: do not accept an offer here unless you are fully motivated by the mission.
We own the quality of the team together. You are expected to source, to interview, and to give direct feedback without ego. We ask everyone who the three best people they know are, just to keep building our map of talent.
Our own process runs in seven days or less, with no more than 48 hours between steps. Every conversation is there to assess you and to sell you on the work.
