Serial entrepreneur with a successful exit. Built and led ForePaaS as CEO & CTO from 2014 until its acquisition by OVHcloud in April 2022, then served at OVHcloud through 2023. Conceived Blaxel after identifying the infrastructure gap for agentic AI workloads. Member of the Forbes Technology Council.

Hermine (Hemi) de Menthière

Joined Blaxel in early 2026. Previously led Finance & Operations at ForePaaS, playing a key role in scaling the company through its acquisition by OVHcloud. Returning collaborator for the founding team.

Christophe Ploujoux

Senior tech manager with ~8 years at ForePaaS as a software developer, followed by a period integrating ForePaaS products at OVHcloud. Now leads technical architecture at Blaxel.

Thomas Crochet

Front-end and data engineering specialist. Joined ForePaaS as a front-end developer (React/AngularJS/Vue) in 2018, then moved to OVHcloud as Lead Data Engineering (April 2024–January 2025) before co-founding Blaxel.
