Connor co-founded Tracksuit in May 2021 and serves as Co-CEO alongside Matt Herbert. He has more than 15 years of experience building SaaS and martech ventures. He started his career as a corporate lawyer in New Zealand, then pivoted into startups — helping raise a fund and launch Auckland's first tech accelerator, Lightning Lab. He then joined Mish Guru (a social media management platform) where he scaled to the role of COO based in New York City. Between stints, he ran a surf and yoga retreat in Nicaragua with his wife.
