Our software takes the manual, repetitive work off finance teams so they can focus on the decisions that matter. Automation that fits how a business actually operates, in the tools teams already use, with a full audit trail behind every action. AI for finance, without the black box.

You'll be the primary technical point of contact for customers: talking to them daily, understanding their finance stack, and translating what they need into working automation. You work Central Time business hours, fully remote, with occasional off-hours coverage for go-lives and escalations.
This role sits between engineering and the customer. You lead implementations, configure and import customer data, and stay accountable for every customer going live. Compensation is a fixed base plus an implementation success fee per customer go-live, so your incentives are aligned with shipping quality work, not demos or quotas.
When something breaks in production, you diagnose it, fix it, and feed what you learned back into the product.
Role Summary
We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer who is deeply technical, highly communicative, and comfortable working directly with customers every day.
This is a remote, engineering-embedded role where you will work closely with core engineers and the founders, while also acting as a support engineer and technical partner for customers.
