About the role
Build and extend our people-analytics MCP server: add new datasets, improve answer quality, and cut response times. Diagnose and fix bugs across our AI tools, and test rigorously before things ship. Partner across the People Analytics team to build and test GitHub Copilot skills that encode analytical methods. Prototype new solutions as opportunities emerge across our workstreams, partnering with senior teammates and adapting quickly as priorities shift in a fast-moving, still-forming space. Stay embedded with analysts: learn where the tools fall short and turn that feedback directly into improvements that people actually adopt. Help others level up: share what you learn, teach new AI tools and techniques, and contribute to a growing skills community across
the team. Build responsibly with sensitive people data: bake confidentiality, access, and guardrails into what you ship, and handle governed data with strict adherence to privacy
requirements and appropriate legal reviews.
