We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with 5+ years of hands-on Meta experience to own and scale a $1.5M–$3M+/month ad account for a fast-growing DTC healthcare brand. You must have personally managed Meta budgets of $1M+/month for consumer brands — not through agencies or teams, but hands-on in the platform every day. You are metrics-obsessed, analytically rigorous, and can speak fluently about ROAS, CAC, and campaign architecture to leadership. This is a high-autonomy, high-trust role where you run the account day-to-day and drive profitable growth across multiple markets.
What will you be doing?
Owning and operating the Meta ad accounts hands-on daily — campaign structure, budget pacing, bidding, optimization — across the UK and new international markets at $1.5M–$3M+/month spend
Scaling spend profitably while keeping ROAS and CAC within target bands, and defending every spend decision with clear data
Partnering with the Creative Lead to translate performance signals into actionable creative briefs and run rigorous testing frameworks
Working closely with the Head of CRO on funnel and landing page optimization in weekly sprint cycles
Reporting metrics crisply to the Head of Performance, VP of Growth, and CEO — knowing your numbers at the back of your hand
