Own the operational health of high-volume production services, fostering a durable live-site culture where reliability, quality, and customer trust are shared priorities. Advance the security and compliance posture of your services Drive cross-organization initiatives and difficult trade-offs, influencing partner teams and senior stakeholders to deliver outcomes that no single team could achieve alone. Proficiency operating large-scale distributed services or data/telemetry pipelines in production Demonstrated experience leading live-site/reliability practices for high-availability cloud services Familiarity with cloud security and compliance programs Experience growing and developing engineering managers and senior/principal engineers Competence partnering across organizational boundaries to deliver shared platform outcomes Working knowledge of observability/monitoring domains (metrics, logs, tracing) is helpful
