About the role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 4+ years of experience owning paid acquisition at a high-growth startup or technology company who has demonstrated success scaling paid social and search programs while maintaining efficiency.
You should be comfortable building from scratch in a lean, fast-moving environment and have a track record of driving measurable revenue growth through paid channels. Bonus points if you have marketplace experience or have scaled accounts from zero.
What you'll do:
- Own Garage's entire paid acquisition strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, and emerging channels, with direct accountability for pipeline, revenue growth, and CAC efficiency
- Scale acquisition efficiently by balancing growth targets with marketplace health — making disciplined investment decisions as channels mature
- Develop hypotheses, test constantly, and iterate fast — orchestrating landing page tests, analyzing creative performance, and finding new ways to acquire customers efficiently
- Measure rigorously while acting intuitively — understanding incrementality, multi-touch attribution, and test design, while navigating ambiguity when data is incomplete
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to identify and unlock growth opportunities beyond paid acquisition
- Direct high-velocity creative testing by briefing creative teams and maintaining strong opinions on what drives conversion
