compensation,
benefits, and mobility programs across the US and EMEA regions. This role ensures that total rewards strategies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives, while supporting talent attraction, retention, and engagement. A strong understanding of EMEA labor laws and regional practices is essential, along with the ability to operate in a complex, multi-country environment. Job Duties Key
Responsibilities
Compensation Manage and update
compensation frameworks across the US and EMEA, including salary structures and incentive plans. Conduct market benchmarking and pay analyses to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Partner with HR and business leaders on
compensation decisions, promotions, and annual review cycles. Ensure compliance with pay transparency and pay equity regulations across jurisdictions.
Benefits Oversee
benefits administration across both regions (health, retirement, wellness, leave programs) with a heavy focus on the US. Manage vendor relationships and optimize benefit offerings for cost-effectiveness and employee value. Monitor trends and recommend enhancements to improve employee experience. Global Mobility / Immigration Immigration Lead for the US, making sure all visa requests are managed in line with all compliance
requirements. Partner with external providers to deliver efficient and compliant mobility solutions. Compliance & Governance Ensure all programs comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory
requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EMEA employment legislation and regulatory changes. Support audits and reporting
requirements related to
compensation and
benefits. Strategy & Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to align total rewards with business strategy. Provide insights and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making. Drive harmonization where appropriate while respecting regional differences. Lead or contribute to global HR and total rewards initiatives. Job
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of experience in total rewards, including international scope. Strong expertise in EMEA labor laws and employment practices (required) . Demonstrated experience managing
compensation,
benefits, and mobility programs across multiple countries. Knowledge of US
Benefits practices and regulatory environment. Experience working in a matrixed, global organization. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities. Ability to navigate complexity and balance global consistency with local needs. High attention to detail and compliance orientation. Strong project management and organizational skills. Effective communication across diverse cultural and geographic audiences. Preferred Experience with global HRIS and
compensation tools (e.g., Workday, Mercer, Radford). Certifications such as CCP, GRP, or CEBS. Project Management certification Experience supporting M&A or organizational transformation initiatives.
