Technical Program Manager, Data Analytics

Develop or partner with Engineering to design solutions to complex technical needs. Proposes, designs, builds and delivers solutions that transform large raw data sets into actionable insights and support on-going operational usage. Collaborate with our business partners to understand objectives, identify opportunities, and prioritize projects to deliver maximum business impact and return on investment. Ensure delivered solutions are stable, supportable, compliant, extensible, and trusted by our business partners. Improve business process leveraging automation, AI (artificial intelligence), and agents. Educate customers on how to leverage large data sets as an asset for their function/business. Drive data standards and continuous improvement feedback loop. Embody our culture and values Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). 2+ years of demonstrated work experience in business intelligence, data analysis, technical solutions, or related field. Demonstrated ability to process data using SQL and Python. SQL Server Analysis Services cube. Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.). Experience in creating data visualizations and modeling using technologies like T-SQL, Power BI (DAX and M Query), Excel, KQL, Azure (ADF), and Python. Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and put forward creative, innovative solutions. Effective in communicating approaches, insights, and project status; solid communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts. Possess a solid work ethic and be self-sufficient and comfortable working in a complex and fast paced environment. Ability to balance competing demands for resources and adapt to changing priorities.
