Job Description As an HR Services Specialist SR - Americas, you will be the primary contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, and Workday transactions. You will resolve HR inquiries, manage cases through Workday Help, and escalate specialized requests to the appropriate HR teams when needed. Additionally, you will support employee lifecycle activities, maintain HR records, assist with self-service transactions, and deliver a high level of customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient HR operations. Responsibilities: You will resolve HR inquiries related to onboarding, employee data, leaves, mobility,
benefits, and payroll support. You will identify process improvements that enhance service efficiency and employee experience. You will manage escalated cases and recommend appropriate solutions. You will train new HR Specialists on procedures and customer service best practices. You will partner with HR teams and vendors to resolve complex inquiries. You will maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and HR transactions. You will manage cases through Workday Help and monitor service performance. You will support system testing and process improvement plans. You will provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and self-service tools. You will support audits, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other regional HR activities. You will promote best practices and continuous improvement across the HRSC team. Mnimum
