About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Project Associates to support large-scale industrial data collection programs. This is a field-intensive role involving on-site execution across manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, and industrial facilities.

The Project Associate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day collection operations, maintaining recording quality, handling equipment, and acting as the primary point of contact at assigned collection sites.

Experience: 6 months to 3 years

Location: Bangalore (Field job / Travel required)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on-site data collection activities across assigned industrial facilities.
• Set up, configure, and maintain head-mounted camera systems and recording equipment.
• Train participants on recording procedures, equipment usage, and project guidelines.
• Monitor live recording sessions to ensure compliance with recording protocols and quality standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks, battery management, SD card management, and device troubleshooting.
• Ensure secure handling, storage, and transportation of recording devices and accessories.
• Verify recording quality before participants leave the site and identify issues requiring re-recording.
