Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Software Engineering, or related technology roles. Experience delivering enterprise SaaS, workflow, business applications, or platform products. Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps across complex cross-functional environments. Experience applying AI, Copilot, automation, machine learning, or conversational experiences to business scenarios. Demonstrated success driving measurable business outcomes through product investments. Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with experience using data and experimentation to guide decisions. Familiarity with enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
