Bring these teams together to define and deliver a coherent go-to-market approach that spans the industries and the solution areas. Represent the field's needs back into Marketing, Product Marketing, and the Solution Areas—influencing priorities and closing gaps without direct authority. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience. 3+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance. 7+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, product marketing, field programs, or sales operations in a complex enterprise environment. Demonstrated ability to orchestrate and influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority. (i.e. sales, marketing, engineering, operations, etc.) Proven ability to build go-to-market systems, frameworks, standards, and operating models aligned to business strategy. Strong track record translating product announcements and roadmap into practical, role-specific field readiness. Background spanning both industry-aligned and Commercial Solution Area (CSA) go-to-market motions Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
