Partner with product leaders to translate strategic priorities into execution plans, milestones, operational cadences, and measurable outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across engineering, product management, design, research, customer success, marketing, and field organizations. Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and opportunities across multiple teams and proactively drive resolution. Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development. OR equivelent experience 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs across multiple engineering and product teams, including managing dependencies and driving execution in high-matrixed, ambiguous environments. Stakeholder management and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations. Experience delivering customer-facing enterprise, cloud, security, or large-scale distributed systems, with an understanding of platform-level architecture and operations. Ability to translate technical and operational signals into clear executive insights, including defining frameworks, governance models, and scalable processes. Hands-on experience leveraging AI/NPF in core workflows, including synthesizing data at scale, generating structured artifacts, and improving execution through reusable AI-assisted approaches (e.g., prompts, templates, playbooks). Demonstrated leadership in AI adoption and/or security domains, including scaling best practices, coaching others, and driving initiatives across organizational boundaries. Establish scalable mechanisms for program planning, feature tracking, dependency management, issue escalation, and executive reporting. Support customer readiness engagements, onboarding strategies, pilot programs, and scalable adoption motions. Build scalable operating rhythms, communication frameworks, and review processes for the initiative. Improve cross-team execution efficiency through process simplification, tooling, and program governance.
