We are looking for a VP of Marketing with 10+ years of experience to own pipeline and revenue at Videa — a category-defining dental AI platform fresh off a Series B and a major rebrand. This is a rare dual-mandate seat: scale the enterprise engine already producing results with DSOs, while building a net-new SMB go-to-market motion from the ground up — all reporting directly to a technical, founder-CEO.
What will you be doing?
Own pipeline contribution across both enterprise (DSOs, multi-location groups) and SMB (independent dental practices), with a hard SLA to two Sales VPs
Build Videa's SMB go-to-market motion from scratch — separate funnel, different economics, likely a product-led component — targeting 200,000+ independent practices
Lead and develop a 4-person team (PMM, community, growth, brand) with room to scale as the business grows
Drive channel and partner marketing — unlocking DSO partnerships, software vendor alliances, and insurance rails as growth levers
Land and amplify Videa's fresh rebrand positioning across both enterprise and SMB audiences, partnering closely with the CEO on category narrative and AI strategy
Key Requirements
Has personally owned a pipeline number tied to a revenue plan — can articulate pipeline ownership %, marketing-sourced vs. influenced, and what they did when they missed
Has built a true SMB-direct or PLG motion from scratch (not mid-market relabeled as SMB) — dual enterprise + SMB motion experience is the job
Clear specialist home base in either PMM or demand gen — "full-stack marketer" is a disqualifier
70% operator / 30% strategist — rolls up their sleeves, runs dashboards, works hands-on with sales; not a deck-first or agency-first leader
Boston- or NYC-based with a credible commute plan; hybrid Tues/Thurs in the Boston office is non-negotiable
