About the Opportunity The Senior Enterprise Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships is a high-impact, revenue-driving role responsible for managing and growing Grubhub’s most valuable enterprise-level brand and merchant portfolios. This role blends top-tier relationship management with consultative selling, focusing heavily on driving merchant growth through tailored advertising, co-marketing strategies, and innovative product adoption. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will act as a strategic consultant to your partners, maximizing their ROI while securing long-term retention and sustainable revenue growth for Grubhub. The Impact You Will Make Strategic Account Management & Retention Portfolio Growth: Own, protect, and scale a book of business consisting of Grubhub's highest-value enterprise accounts. Long-Term Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-quarter account management plans focused on long-term value creation, brand alignment, and relationship health. Healthy Advocacy: Cultivate "client-first" relationships with senior stakeholders, confidently balancing advocacy for the merchant with Grubhub’s business interests to establish a trusted, healthy partnership. Risk Mitigation: Proactively anticipate enterprise-level risks, market shifts, and competitive threats, engineering creative solutions to protect account health. Advertising & Marketing Revenue Generation Consultative Selling: Drive incremental revenue by pitching and selling bespoke advertising space, in-app promotions, and integrated marketing campaigns tailored to partner goals. Performance Optimization: Conduct advanced data analysis and performance reporting to demonstrate marketing ROI, leveraging insights to unlock additional ad spend. Hyper-Local Customization: Deeply understand market dynamics to uncover restaurant-by-restaurant or regional growth opportunities, designing personalized marketing solutions that scale across the enterprise. Product & Technical Leadership Subject Matter Expert: Maintain an expert-level, "sales-engineer" understanding of Grubhub’s product suite, tools, and advertising ecosystem. Demos & Troubleshooting: Confidently lead advanced product demonstrations and technical troubleshooting sessions for C-suite and enterprise-level stakeholders. Internal Liaison: Act as a critical feedback loop, synthesising partner needs and translating them into actionable feature requests and enhancements for the internal Product and Engineering teams. Leadership & Collaboration Influence & Visibility: Meaningfully contribute to organizational strategy by influencing cross-functional teams and making data-backed cases for new initiatives. Mentorship: Serve as a leader within the account management org, mentoring junior team members, guiding onboarding processes, and reinforcing Grubhub’s core value proposition. Operational Excellence: Work independently with minimal supervision, planning and executing your own work while aligning major, business-impacting decisions with executive leadership. What You Bring To The Table Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience: 6-10 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, Ad Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales (B2B, SaaS, or Marketplace experience preferred). Track Record: Proven success meeting and exceeding commercial goals, specifically in upselling, cross-selling, and driving ad/marketing revenue. Strategic Agility: Ability to easily navigate internal tools, adapt to shifting product landscapes, and pivot strategies based on market trends. Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing high-caliber, external executive stakeholders. Problem Solving: A self-starter mentality characterized by proactive problem-solving, continuous self-development, and a passion for generating creative business ideas. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
