As a critical backbone of our platform, SP Central empowers two massive industry ecosystems: Managed Service Providers (MSPs) delivering secure, multi-tenant enterprise cloud transitions, and Neoclouds pioneering the next generation of AI-first infrastructure with GPU-as-a-Service and Models-as-a-Service. Your Role Learn Nutanix development practices, tools, and architecture with guidance from senior engineers. Contribute to the design, development, and testing of new product features. Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code. Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and technical planning sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, SRE, and Product Management. Troubleshoot and resolve basic software defects with support from your team. What You Will Bring BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering 3–6 years of relevant industry experience Experience working in a high growth multinational company environment Familiarity with OS internals, concepts of distributed data management, web scale systems and proven ability in having built clustered, high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed applications or systems software Experience in building and managing web scale applications Experience in one of the following programming languages: Go/C/C++/Java/ Python Strong experience in Linux Strong understanding of concurrency patterns, multithreading concepts and debugging techniques Working experience working with storage, networking, virtualization (Nutanix, VMWare, KVM) and/or cloud technologies – (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with database (SQL & NoSQL) and messaging technologies (NATS, Kafka, or Pulsar) Work Arrangement Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the
benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. Workplace type may vary based on location and team

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between CAD $ 132,000 and CAD $ 198,000 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total
compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on
bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other
benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off
benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
