About the role
Drive development and oversee processes to bring products to market for our most critical customers and partners Use process analysis and optimization expertise to design high-quality processes that can be executed quickly and with efficiency while minimizing chances of errors Oversee implementation of these processes for new business opportunities in an efficient, pragmatic and compliant manner Drive the building and operationalization of improvement initiatives through pragmatic implementation planning and thoughtful stakeholder engagement Project manage workstreams to completion with predictability, transparency, and clarity Manage teams of stakeholders from different organizations towards a common goal and timeline Execute change management to land changes and drive adoption Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. Proven ability to thrive and drive clarity in ambiguous situations, with adaptability and growth mindset Demonstrated ability as a project manager who can prioritize multiple activities to deliver on project scope and schedule Structured thinking and problem-solving capabilities Analytic skills and ability to substantiate claims with compelling evidence Written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
