You will be a key member of our engineering team, drive full end to end engineering cycle of critical scenario, collaborate with internal partner teams and plan, design, implement and live site support with high quality, In this role you will: Design, build, and maintain robust pipelines for telemetry, product usage, and experimentation data. Own orchestration, monitoring, and DevOps for critical service workflows. Design data models and APIs that enable Copilot to reason about user context, preferences, and history Build real-time and batch personalization engines that adapt Copilot's behavior. Collaborate with privacy, security, and responsible AI teams to ensure personalization is safe, transparent, and user-controlled Optimize for performance, reliability, and cost across diverse workloads and geographies. Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code. Find a path to get things done despite roadblocks to get your work into the hands of users quickly and iteratively. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python or equivalent experience. 5+ years of software engineering experience building scalable services and infrastructure on top of cloud infrastructure like Azure, AWS, or GCP. Excellent technical design skills and proven ability to drive large scale system designs for commercial projects or products. Experience and involvement with DevOps. Fluent English communication skill. Experience driving technical direction across partner teams and influencing architecture, product strategy, and engineering execution. Experience with large scale cloud service. Ambitious, self-motivated. Agile, can-do attitude and great at dealing with ambiguity. Solid coding, debugging and problem-solving skills. Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming language paradigms. Keen interest in mentoring early in career engineers. Ability to generate clarity in ambiguous situations. Ability to quickly ramp up, understand complex problems, and create solutions across many products. Great communication skills to collaborate cross-group and work effectively within
