Founding Member of Technical Staff

We are looking for a Founding Member of Technical Staff with 2+ years of experience to join a 5-person team building the AI agent cloud for enterprises. You'll be an autonomous, product-minded engineer helping power internal agents across government, Fortune 500, and hyper-growth startups — designing systems from scratch and shaping the core platform at a pivotal stage of growth.

What will you be doing?

• Owning high-level problem statements end-to-end — from architecture decisions through implementation — with full autonomy

• Designing and building core platform primitives (evals, observability, sandboxing, agent harnesses) from scratch

• Working directly on making agents run faster, more reliably, and with better benchmarks on enterprise data

• Collaborating with the team in biweekly sprints, proactively identifying what to build next based on customer needs and product gaps

• Occasionally speaking with customers to understand requirements and unblock deployments when bandwidth requires it

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in system design and building 0-to-1 products

• Deep knowledge of the AI agent space — how agents work, sandboxing, observability, evals, and benchmarking

• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Next.js

• High autonomy and comfort making infrastructure decisions without hand-holding (no pre-built internal tooling like at big tech)

• Strong product mindset — proactively thinks about UX, talks to customers, and drives toward solutions that ship
