Support the creation, maintenance, and documentation of demonstration content, including scripts, training materials, videos, talking points, and experience guides for global reuse. Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, sharing expertise with customers, partners, stakeholders, and the global Envisioning Specialist community to drive successful engagement outcomes. Support the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of technology experiences and demonstrations in partnership with global technology operations and immersive experience teams. Gather customer insights, business trends, success metrics, and feedback from engagements to recommend improvements, influence future experiences, and drive operational excellence across customer engagement programs. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND a few years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. Experience presenting to large audiences and senior executives in both internal and customer-facing environments. Experience delivering solution, platform, or product demonstrations to enterprise customers. Understanding of information technology, cloud computing, AI solutions, software industry trends, and digital transformation strategies. Master's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in program management, process management, or process improvement; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and executive engagement skills, with the ability to deliver compelling demonstrations to customer and leadership audiences. Experience creating and delivering customer-facing demonstrations, including presentation scripts, key talking points, and supporting documentation. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and customer outcomes. Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and confidently present their value to executive and technical audiences. Strong organizational, collaboration, and multitasking skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and working effectively across global, cross-functional teams and industries.
