Customer Relationship Management: You will support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to enable quality solution delivery and health using partnerships with other account team leaders and with guidance from more experienced colleagues. Experience leading complex customer engagements and driving business outcomes through technology solutions. Ability to build trusted relationships with customer executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Knowledge of cloud technologies, digital transformation, or enterprise technology environments. Experience supporting enterprise customers in achieving business and technology transformation goals. Experience with service management, project management, organizational change management, or related disciplines. Relevant industry, cloud, project management, or service management certifications.
