Role Overview: Lead warehouse operations across multiple manufacturing sites, including receiving, inventory control, material storage, and internal logistics Drive inventory accuracy and material availability while maintaining disciplined warehouse processes Develop warehouse personnel and enforce operational accountability Own warehouse flow, identify bottlenecks, and rapidly resolve material issues impacting production Build scalable warehouse systems capable of supporting rapid company growth

Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Lead daily receiving, put-away, storage, picking, kitting, and shipping activities Ensure all incoming material is received accurately and transacted into ERP on schedule Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined transaction management and cycle counting Coordinate movement of material between multiple manufacturing locations Ensure production kits and material requests are fulfilled on time Maintain warehouse organization using 5S and visual management principles Inventory Management Own inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations Lead cycle count program and investigate inventory discrepancies Identify root causes of inventory variance and implement corrective actions Monitor inventory health including shortages, excess inventory, aging inventory, and obsolete material Ensure inventory transactions are timely and accurate Partner with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance on inventory control initiatives Material Flow Develop standardized receiving, stocking, replenishment, and material handling processes Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and scalability Eliminate waste in material movement and warehouse operations Ensure material is available to production when required Balance labor resources across receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities Support new warehouse locations and operational expansion as the company grows Leadership & Accountability Direct and prioritize daily work for Receiving Clerks, Inventory Specialists, and Material Handlers Coach and develop warehouse personnel Establish clear performance expectations and accountability Lead structured problem solving around warehouse and inventory issues Build standard work and training documentation Foster a culture of urgency, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement Minimum

Requirements: 6+ years of warehouse or inventory operations experience in manufacturing 2+ years leading warehouse or inventory teams Strong understanding of inventory control principles and ERP transactions Experience managing receiving, warehousing, and material movement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Demonstrated success improving inventory accuracy and warehouse performance Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Ability to support operations across multiple facilities Preferred

Requirements: Aerospace, defense, automotive, or electronics manufacturing experience Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Experience implementing warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and warehouse flow Experience with cycle counting and inventory auditing Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Experience supporting rapid manufacturing scale-up Why CHAOS?
