About
the Role: In Fever, we are looking for a person to join the Markeplace Operations Team. The tasks will consist of the following: Fever´s Back Offices Management: creation, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms Operational Monitoring: daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup, performance, and smooth operation. Cross-Team Coordination: daily collaboration with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support back-office plan configuration, coordinate experience launches, and continuously improve internal operational processes. API Integrations Maintenance: oversee the day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations, proactively identify issues, coordinate fixes with technical teams and partners, and ensure seamless operational continuity for live experiences. Team Alignment & Reporting: participate in weekly meetings with relevant internal teams to align priorities, report operational issues, and support continuity of marketplace operations. About You Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. Fast learner with strong retention and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working under pressure and handling high-demand peaks. High level of English and Spanish (required). 2+ years of experience in similar roles Proactive and decisive, with strong problem-solving and quick-reaction skills. Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools (SQL, dashboards, internal systems, etc.).
