Responsibilities Drive Revenue & Market Share: Relentlessly pursue and secure high-value corporate accounts. You will personally lead high-stakes negotiations and foster relationships with C-suite executives, CFOs, and Risk Officers. Build a High-Octane Team: Mentor, and inspire a world-class team of sales professionals and account managers. Foster a culture of extreme ownership, psychological safety, and high performance. Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Plum’s core EB sales teams to seamlessly cross-sell Non-EB products into our massive, existing corporate client base. Product & Underwriting Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with insurance underwriters and our internal product teams to co-create tech-driven, customized risk solutions that disrupt traditional, clunky corporate insurance buying.
