About the role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 3-6 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or a similarly high-rigor role who has structured difficult problems and driven them to resolution. You should be comfortable working in high-ambiguity environments with imperfect data and have a track record of designing end-to-end business workflows that measurably improve commercial outcomes. Bonus points if you have existing fluency with modern AI tooling or experience in B2B sales operations.
What you'll do:

Map the GTM motion end to end, identifying the highest-leverage gaps and owning the roadmap for closing them

Build systems that fill the pipeline — automated content creation, market trend tracking, targeted outbound prospecting, and personalized re-engagement

Sharpen who we sell to and how by qualifying/routing inbound leads and segmenting customers to improve sales personalization

Help sellers close more deals with meeting cycle automation, deal-specific information, and flagging of deals that are stalled, at risk, or ripe for expansion

Own customer pipeline data and integrate customers, deals, and revenue into a single source of truth to identify opportunities and accelerate close timelines

Measure what's working across outbound campaigns, inbound leads, and more, and integrate those insights back into the GTM motion

Use cutting-edge AI tooling to build operational solutions alongside co-founders, so sellers spend their time selling and close far more than they otherwise could
