Junior Litigation Attorney

We are looking for a Junior Employment Litigation Associate with 1-4 years of experience to join our growing team. We need a reliable, self-starting attorney who can own their cases from day one and help manage an expanding caseload, including a major new wage and hour class action.

What will you be doing?

• Handle the full spectrum of employer-side employment matters, including discrimination, wage and hour, and PAGA actions.
• Manage pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice in CA state and federal courts.
• Take ownership of substantive work on your cases with high autonomy.
• Potentially anchor the firm's work on a new, large-scale wage and hour class action lawsuit.
• Prepare for mediations and arbitrations.

Key Requirements

• 1-4 years of post-JD employment litigation experience.
• Active CA bar admission in good standing.
• Experience in employer-side employment litigation.
• Proven ability to work independently and be a 'set and forget' team member.
• Excellent written advocacy skills (writing sample required).
