Senior Litigation Attorney

We are looking for a Senior Employment Litigation Associate with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. This is a key role for a reliable, 'set and forget' attorney who will manage their own matters, supervise junior associates, and is ready for a near-term path to partnership.

What will you be doing?

• Manage employer-side employment defense matters from inception to resolution.
• Lead first-chair motion practice and take/defend depositions of complex witnesses.
• Handle all aspects of trial preparation with opportunities for standup courtroom work.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates on substantive case work.
• Work on a diverse caseload including class actions, wage-and-hour, and PAGA representative actions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of post-JD employment litigation experience.
• Active CA bar admission in good standing.
• Substantive experience in employer-side employment defense.
• Deep knowledge of California's Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).
• At least one jury trial experience (first or second chair).
