About the role
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer with 5+ years of cybersecurity experience to join Exaforce's rapidly growing go-to-market team and serve as the technical authority throughout the sales lifecycle. You'll be a trusted advisor to CISOs, security architects, and SOC leaders, helping them evaluate and deploy our Agentic SOC Platform. This is a high-impact role at one of the most heavily funded AI security companies in the space — backed by $75M from Khosla Ventures, Mayfield, and others. You must be a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment, builds your own technical knowledge, and brings deep hands-on experience across endpoint, email, cloud, and SaaS security. You'll be mapped 1:1 with an Account Executive and own the full technical sale from demo to Proof of Value.
What will you be doing?
- Partnering 1:1 with an AE to lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and executive briefings for prospects in the 50–4,000 employee segment
- Designing and executing Proof of Value engagements, translating customer security challenges into solutions using the Exaforce platform
- Becoming an expert on customer environments — identity, endpoint, cloud, and SaaS security — to position Exaforce's value against their existing stack
- Leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) daily to accelerate research, scripting, and technical workflows
- Traveling regularly to meet customers and gathering monthly at HQ in San Jose to collaborate with the team
