About Signadot
Signadot is a Kubernetes-native developer infrastructure company. Our product lets developers and coding agents build and verify microservices at scale using lightweight ephemeral environments on a shared cluster. We are building the verification layer for an era where agents write a growing share of cloud-native code, and we are growing our go-to-market motion to match.
The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone of our GTM motion. This is a full-scope marketing ops role, and a core part of it is functioning as a GTM Engineer: someone who builds the automated systems, integrations, and agent-based workflows that make our go-to-market motion run without constant manual oversight. You will take strategy and direction and turn it into repeatable, automated systems — from demand generation flows to operational automations to reporting pipelines.
A core part of this role is being AI-native. We run on agentic tools, and we want someone who is genuinely excited to learn and implement modern AI-native best practices. You will build repeatable agent-based workflows that do real operational work, not one-off experiments. If you have not done this yet but you are hungry to learn it, that curiosity matters more than a finished portfolio.
You will own the day-to-day so that leadership can stay focused on forward-looking strategy and bigger initiatives. That includes task management, campaign monitoring, optimization, and clear reporting upward so we can make fast, informed strategic decisions.
