About the role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager – AI Platform with 8+ years of experience to own the agentic AI platform that every Interface.ai product is built on. As the company scales its new agent and V6 platform, we need a hands-on, zero-to-one builder who can decide what to consolidate, what to build and what to sunset. Your work will shape how AI reaches 10M+ Americans through their banks and credit unions.
What will you be doing?
- Working closely with engineering (including CTO Bruce Kim) on platform priorities and setting platform direction for the 3–4 PMs on the team
- Weighing competing requests from the Voice, Chat, Contact Center, Collections and Fraud product lines and deciding what ships first
- Reviewing the multi-component platform to find what already exists, what can be consolidated across product lines and what needs to be built
- Owning platform contracts: APIs, versioning, deprecation of older versions and migration strategy between versions
- Staying in the details yourself, not just setting direction: you'll co-own outcomes with engineers and build with AI tools every day
