About the role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager with 8-15 years of experience to own one of interface.ai's product domains end-to-end. You should be a hands-on, AI-native product builder who has taken products from 0→1. interface.ai is scaling its new agent and V6 platform, and every domain needs a dedicated senior owner who works as a peer to the Chief Engineer and has a seat on the product council with the founders.
What will you be doing?
- Own one domain's product end-to-end. Options include the core AI platform (BankGPT), the agent-building platform, voice and chat AI and the contact center, or collections and fraud.
- Turn demand from customers and internal teams into a clear roadmap, then deliver it with staff and principal engineers.
- Own outcomes alongside your Chief Engineer: what the domain delivers and the impact it has, not just what ships.
- Stay deep in the details as a strong IC while likely mentoring and leading junior PMs (PM II and Senior PM).
- Use AI tools like Claude and Cursor every day to prototype, analyze and move faster.
