Requirements and

Qualifications Education: Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD. Certification: A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India. Experience Level: A minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of your Master’s degree. Specialized Background: Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred, alongside a profound understanding of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models. Key Areas of Clinical Expertise We are seeking professionals with proven, demonstrable expertise in, but not limited to: EAP Services & Workplace Wellness Stress Management & Occupational Burnout Relationship & Interpersonal Issues Grief and Bereavement Counselling Family/Play Therapy (or specialized creative interventions) About You Clinical Excellence: Exceptional clinical skills with a deep commitment to evidence-based practices and clinical integrity. Administrative Discipline: Highly organized with the professional discipline needed to meet strict administrative and documentation deadlines. Communicator: Adaptive verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish quick, strong therapeutic alliances across multiple modalities. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining strict confidentiality, record-keeping, and adhering to compliance procedures. Collaborative: A strong network partner who aligns with internal operations and clinical oversight teams to achieve the highest care outcomes. Miscellaneous Upholding Lyra Values: Act as a brand ambassador by consistently demonstrating Lyra’s core values of clinical excellence, innovation, and empathy in all client interactions. Task Ownership: Ensure high precision in all clinical and administrative tasks within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
