You will be responsible for the following: Champions process enhancements or enhancing processes for scale. Champions after sales support while working with cross-functional teams from GCash to enable support teams to understand new product launches and marketing promotions and address inquiries. Drive process and policies documentation and enhancement based on insights and customer feedback (internal or external). Focuses on launch readiness of product/s handled and building and ensures it remains compliant with policies and regulations. Ensures high quality product service levels and reporting i.e. minimizes transaction errors and partner reporting issues Coordinates with enterprise sales, commercial enablement, operations, trade assurance, and other teams outside the commercial group (eg. CXM, Finance, BA, Tech & Ops), either directly or in collaboration with the product managers to ensure business objectives are met.
