This is the foundational growth role at Arcline. You will own how we find, win, and expand customers — the strategy, the execution, and the number at the top of the board deck.
You will work directly with both founders to build a growth engine that makes our commercial motion faster, sharper, and more scalable than our headcount would suggest. This is not a marketing manager role and it is not a head of sales role. It is both, and more: you will decide where we play, how we win, and how we compound over time.
If you are energized by owning a revenue number in a category that is being rewritten in real time, this is the role for you.
You have bold ideas and the judgment to know which ones to ship first. You would rather run a scrappy experiment this week than write a perfect plan that launches next quarter. You measure your own success by whether the number moved, not by how much activity happened around it. When priorities are unclear, you make a call and move - ambiguity energizes you rather than paralyzes you. You want to be in the room where the decisions are made, not briefed afterwards.
