About Pond Pond is building a decentralized AI infrastructure that leverages graph deep learning to power crypto-native applications. We enable on-chain intelligence, focusing on sybil detection, security, and intent-based MEVs while pushing the boundaries of AI + blockchain. Backed by top-tier investors, we are scaling our ecosystem and looking for a Growth Manager / Growth Lead to drive adoption, partnerships, and engagement. Role Overview We’re seeking a data-driven and strategic Growth Manager / Growth Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives. You’ll be responsible for user acquisition, community expansion, and ecosystem partnerships, ensuring that Pond becomes the go-to AI infrastructure for web3 applications. This role requires someone who understands the intersection of AI and blockchain, can experiment rapidly, and is passionate about growing developer and user adoption in a decentralized ecosystem. Key
Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Execution • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive adoption of Pond’s AI models. • Design and build a Developer and Area Ambassador Program to attract developers and general users while increasing project visibility and engagement. • Optimize funnel metrics for developer and general user onboarding, ecosystem engagement, and retention. • Identify and implement growth loops using on-chain data insights and AI-powered automation. Community & Developer Relations • Scale Pond’s developer ecosystem, fostering contributions and integrations. • Manage community growth, overseeing content, engagement, and incentive programs. • Lead educational initiatives, including workshops, hackathons, and grants to attract builders. Partnerships & Ecosystem Expansion • Drive strategic partnerships with L1/L2 chains, DeFi protocols, DAOs, and AI-focused projects. • Work closely with business development to unlock high-impact integrations. • Collaborate with marketing and research teams to position Pond as an AI leader in web3. Data-Driven Growth & Experimentation • Define and track KPIs related to user growth, adoption, and ecosystem health. • Run A/B tests on user journeys, onboarding flows, and activation strategies. • Leverage on-chain analytics, growth hacking techniques, and AI automation to optimize engagement. • Experience with building ambassador program. What You Bring Must-Haves ✅ 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, BD, or ecosystem development in web3 or AI. ✅ Understanding of blockchain ecosystems, on-chain data, and AI-driven applications. ✅ Experience driving user acquisition, retention, and network effects. ✅ Ability to analyze growth data, set KPIs, and optimize conversion funnels. ✅ Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both developers and end-users. ✅ Self-starter with a bias for action, adaptability, and experimentation mindset. Nice-to-Haves ➕ Prior experience in crypto-native AI, DeFi, or blockchain infrastructure. ➕ Familiarity with growth tools, analytics dashboards, and web3 engagement platforms. ➕ Experience in developer and user marketing, grants programs, or hackathons. ➕ Technical fluency in machine learning.
