The Role: As a Program Manager, you'll turn ambitious company goals into shipped outcomes. You'll own strategic programs end-to-end across teams such as product, customer success, growth, and many more. You'll set the plan, drive the cadence, surface risk early, and keep everyone moving in the same direction. You'll sit close to both the product and the user, and you'll be the person teams trust to make complex, multi-team work actually land.
What You'll Do:
- Own programs end-to-end across teams such as product, customer success, and growth, from scoping and planning through launch and impact, ensuring they ship on time with stakeholders clear on what's happening and why
- Translate company goals into execution by turning priorities like agent reliability, user retention, and time-to-app into clear roadmaps with owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Drive the operating cadence by running planning cycles, reviews, and leadership updates that keep teams aligned and fast, giving leadership a trusted, real-time view of progress, risk, and trade-offs
